Yes! All my products are handmade with care and attention to detail, ensuring each piece is unique and of the highest quality.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
No, due to the handmade nature of our items, all sales are final. However, if your product arrives damaged, please contact me at daesha@leftluxe.com within 7 days of delivery for assistance.
What should I do if my item is damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, email me at daesha@leftluxe.com with your order details and clear photos of the damage. Please allow up to 48 hours for a response.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, Please note that shipping times may vary, and customers are responsible for any customs fees or duties.
How long does shipping take?
Ready to ship items take 3-5 days. For standard orders, please allow approximately 2-4 weeks for your item(s) to be made and shipped. Custom orders may take additional time depending on the complexity of the request. You'll receive tracking information once your order is dispatched.
Are slight imperfections in my item a defect?
Not at all! Slight variations or imperfections are a natural result of the handmade process, adding to the uniqueness and charm of your product.
Can I update my shipping address after placing an order?
