At LEFT & LUXE, I take great pride in the art of creating unique, handmade fashion pieces. In order to maintain the quality and integrity of our work, I’ve outlined my policies for your convenience:

FINAL SALE - No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the handmade nature of the products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Most items are either made to order or have very limited availability, so they cannot be returned or exchanged, unless a mistake was made on my part. Please double-check the size and details of your order before purchasing. Damaged Items

I take photos and inspect all items thoroughly before shipping, but if your item arrives damaged, please let me know immediately.

  • How to Report a Damage: Contact me within 7 days of delivery at daesha@leftluxe.com with:

    • Order details

    • Clear photos of the damaged item

    • Photos of the damaged packaging (if applicable)

  • Resolution Time: Please allow up to 48 hours for a response as I carefully review your concern. If a replacement or refund is approved, I’ll provide return instructions, and any return shipping fees for damaged items will be covered.

Handmade Variations

Please note, slight variations or imperfections are natural characteristics of handmade items. These unique traits are not considered defects—they are part of the charm that makes each piece one-of-a-kind!

Customer Responsibility

Be sure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. I cannot replace items that are lost due to incorrect information. If you notice an error after placing your order, please reach out to me immediately to try and rectify it.
