Thank you for choosing LEFT & LUXE! I take great care in preparing each handmade piece, and I want to ensure your order gets to you safely. Please review the shipping policy below:
Processing Time
Each item is carefully handcrafted, and processing times vary depending on the item and order. Standard orders typically take 2-4 weeks to process and ship. Custom orders may take longer, as they are made specifically for you. You'll receive a notification when your order has been shipped with tracking details.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Currently, I ship domestically within the U.S., but international shipping may be available upon request. Please note that customs fees or duties may apply for international orders and are the responsibility of the customer.
Packaging
All items are packaged with care to ensure they arrive safely. Recycled or eco-friendly materials may be used where possible to minimize waste.
Shipping Addresses
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is provided at checkout. LEFT & LUXE cannot replace or refund items lost due to incorrect addresses.
Shipping Delays
While I aim to ship orders as quickly as possible, shipping carriers may experience delays due to holidays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. If your order is delayed, I will do my best to keep you updated.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order is handed over to the shipping carrier, LEFT & LUXE is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. I recommend tracking your order and making arrangements to ensure someone is available to receive it at delivery. If your item is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please reach out to the carrier for assistance.
Custom Orders
For custom items, please allow for a longer processing time. Custom orders are non-refundable or exchangeable, and I will work with you to confirm all details before proceeding.
Returns and Exchanges
Please review my Return Policy for detailed information on how I handle damages or issues with your order. ALL SALES ARE FINAL unless an error is made on my end.
